Fishes to Knishes

It is well-known that New Yorkers are a different breed than the rest of America. It is for this reason that I would like to route you to Tony's Fish.

This is a company whose truck was in front of us as we were on the George Washington Bridge going into New York the other day.

The thing that makes this company noteworthy is their motto "Fishes to Knishes".

Just the kind of thing one can only see in New York.

I laughed out loud when I read their motto.
