Mahendi

During the days leading up to the wedding, there was day upon day of festivity. This is the mahendi shin dig in which the women of this branch of the Reddy clan, as well as a handful of us westerners, got together to have mahendi applied. This is a henna-based dye used to ornamentation. It's caught on a bit in the west. Good stuff.
