^ The trip is winding down. This has been a beautiful place and a nice exposure to a new part of Asia. Singapore and KL both offer a glimpse into South East Asia, but it is nice to be away from the glitz of both places - Bali has been a glimpse into a more exotic and earthy part of Asia. We have enjoyed it.
We spent the day at the beach named Kuta, a very touristy place packed with Australians. Despite the "Cancun-esque" feel of the place, the waves were huge and fun and Liam and Aidan rented boogie boards and had a great time.
This has been a fantastic time for the family. Great job for Tara, she picked the place where we stayed. We have a strong belief that staying in a small, individual villa is always better than a big 5 star hotel.
Speaking of five star hotels, we're off to Singapore.
